Michael Kaufman

A graduate of Columbia University, with a degree in Financial Economics, Michael takes an investment-oriented approach to real estate. Michael co-founded the real estate investment and development firm Kaufman Development Group, which owns and operates over 300,000 square feet of commercial buildings and over 1,000 acres of residential and hospitality properties. Michael also founded The Wick co-working properties in Historic Downtown Brunswick and Situs Real Estate. Michael has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate investment, development, and property management, as well as single-family residential sales.
Since entering the brokerage side of the real estate industry, Michael has gained unique experience by representing buyers and sellers for a variety of property types ranging from luxury homes on Sea Island and St. Simons Island to commercial properties throughout the Southeast. Michael's detailed approach to real estate provides buyers and sellers with an expert on their side to ensure every transaction is handled professionally and with ease.
In his free time, Michael enjoys giving back to the community by serving on the boards of several local organizations. He loves spending time with his family of four and is an avid golfer and squash player. He also enjoys travelling and exploring the many hidden gems around the Golden Isles

CC is a second-generation realtor with a lifelong passion for real estate. Inspired by her mother, who founded a brokerage in South Georgia, she learned the industry at an early age and has since helped homebuyers, landowners, and investors navigate successful transactions.
After graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in public relations, CC and her husband, Jake, eventually returned home to Georgia and settled on St. Simons Island in 2018. Having grown up in a small South Georgia town and vacationing in the Golden Isles over the years, it was an easy decision to make this area home. CC and Jake were particularly drawn to St. Simons Island because of the friendly people and the strong sense of community—making it a perfect place to raise a family.
Known for her warm personality, strong marketing background, and attention to detail, CC is dedicated to helping clients buy and sell real estate smoothly while achieving the best possible results.
CC loves giving back to the community through organizations including Habitat for Humanity of Glynn County, the American Cancer Society Victory Board, and Saint Simons Community Church. She is also a proud graduate of Leadership Glynn (Class of 2022).

Born and raised in Florida, Elizabeth McLauchlin brings both heart and hustle to her role at Situs Real Estate. A former collegiate volleyball player at Western Carolina University, she graduated with a degree in Business and carries that same competitive spirit and discipline into her real estate career.
Elizabeth now calls the Golden Isles home, where she lives with her husband, her two stepdaughters, and their four-legged family members. An active volunteer with the Humane Society of South Coastal Georgia and Safe Harbor, she loves being part of a team that prides itself on community service and involvement.
Outside of real estate, Elizabeth enjoys gardening, baking when time allows, and supporting local businesses. You can often find her at favorite local spots like Dolce Dough for breakfast or Georgia Sea Grill for dinner.
In her work, Elizabeth’s greatest joy comes from connecting buyers with the perfect property and staying in touch long after closing. Her informative approach, paired with her own personal experience buying and selling homes, allows her to truly elevate the experience for her clients. Jennifer is a Georgia native who has proudly called the Golden Isles home since 2022, when she began attending the College of Coastal Georgia as a Business major. Originally from Marietta, she has spent her entire life in Georgia and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the Southeastern coast—drawn to its unique culture and undiniable charm.
Jennifer’s passion for real estate began at an early age, inspired by her mother’s experience renovating and managing rental properties. This early exposure fostered a lasting passion for real estate, design, and the concept of “home”. Known for her personable nature and attentive listening style, Jennifer brings years of experience from her time in the high-end restaurant industry where she cultivated exceptional people skills, a strong business mindset, and a service-driven approach to client relationships.
Outside of real estate, she enjoys running along the beach, playing tennis, exploring coastal architecture and home design, supporting local events, and volunteering at Glynn County Animal Services. A true homebody at heart, Jennifer believes a home is where life's most meaningful memories are created. She is passionate about helping clients find the right home, while keeping the process seamless and well-organized.
